Joomla installation stuck on step 1

Hello,

I have problem with Joomla 3.6.2 installation. I go directly to installation page but when I try to install it nothing happens. I'm stuck on installation step 1.

Is this a localhost installation or on a host's server?
Maake sure max_execution_time is set to 300 and memory_limit is set to 256M

Please try to be more specific on this.

1 - Is this a local installation or on a server?
2 - If possible please provide us back with the screenshot or log of errors ?
