Two pages in one MySQL database

Hi, I have domain and hosting were only one MySQL database is included in hosting cost.

I created subdomain were I would like to install copy of main page to test some changes I would like to apply. Then I created Akeeba backup of current page to instlate it in subdomain.

Now question how can I make different set / mirror database? If I use same parameters then I will override data of current page.

I am wonderign if will it be enough to use different table prefix during Akeeba installation ?

Will it be enough if I change the prefix name from current zx1pu_ ? What can I use instead ?

Will it be enough if I change the prefix name from current zx1pu_ ? What can I use instead ?
It should be fine, use anything as a prefix, abc_ or happyxmasjoomla_ .
