Strange error with admin menus

Hello, I am trying to fix this strange menu issue. I hope the attached image above is viewable, because it's a bit hard to explain. I am not quite sure how to even search for the answer. If any of you gurus could help me out here, that would be lovely!

Did you install an Administrator Module that has been published in a module position that messes up your administrator template?

Wow! That was it, an admin module was turned on. It was the site info module in the administration module manager. I had never even looked at the admin modules before. Thanks.
