Photo window doesn't work

Hello,

I am new to Joomla! but I got a problem. If you want to upload a picture, it works fine. If you want to choose a picture for a new article, it worked, until now! It worked fine, but now I get a darker screen, but not the window where I can choose the picture. I haven't changed any option or permission. I hope someone could help me, because without this window I can't finish my website.

- check in the editor, you enable button upload image or not?
- check javascript conflict in your view

I couldn't find it, but this is what happens:
If you are in the window to choose a picture and you want to click on a picture, nothing happens. And if I upload a picture from my documents on my mac, it will not be able to insert the picture in the article.
