404 error on wrong php params

Hi.

I have Joomla 3.4.1 with enabled core SEF and mod_rewrite.

For example, i have a page with URI /about/contacts/ and it loading just fine, but if i add some php params to URI, so it will be looking like /about/contacts/?someparams i get the same page, but my SEO Consultant told me it is wrong and that page must throw 404 error.

How can i fix?
