Joomla! Extensions Updates Notification - Email?

Hello,
in the Joomla! Plugins i found the
- Quick Icon - Joomla! Extensions Updates Notification
- Quick Icon - Joomla! Update Notification
Only by the "Quick Icon - Joomla! Update Notification" can i insert an Email-adress for Notifications.
I will Email-Notifications for Extensions.

I think the plugin you're looking for is System - Joomla! Update Notification?
