Cannot login Admin . No error .

Hi,

I have tried checking my password.
tried changing my password.
checking my database to enable all that is needed .

also followed intructions on
https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/11430/files

still no changes. i'm still not able to login to my joomla adminitrator

actually . a few websites of mine got this issue the same day.

please advice me to handle it..

or is anyone so please to have sometime to look into it for me ..
