Existing Site - Change Image

Now I wknow this sounds like an easy question, but I am having troubles changing an image on an existing website using Joomla.

Now I know how to go to module and insert an imgage/change an image when it appears in the Module Settings, however I have some pages where an image is displayed but in the Module Settings I cannot see it, and cannot locate it in the HTML Code!?

When I go to the website and try and "inspect" it comes up as a "div class" (?) and the image source is nowhere to be found~!

Can someone help! I have tried everything!! :'(
