Before migrating, I get -see attaced

Post by TheINIC » Wed Dec 13, 2023 9:17 pm

Just went through my 4th domain migration from server to server in same company, and now stepping in to migrate Joom 3.x - 4--- but I get this error:
0 Call to a member function format() on null
This is on a add-on domain i.e. add-on.mainsite.com

To get there:
  1. login to add-on.mainsite.com/administrator
  2. Error appears
  3. Curse
error-0.JPG

Specs:
  • Subdomain
  • Joomla 3.10.1
  • Recently migrated domain to updated server (same company - just different server.)
  • Local access/testing/working is done via Host file.
  • Was working before migration.
  • Nameservers checked OK. Redirects OK. SQL files OK. Hmmm.
QUESTION:Is this salvageable?

Positive help is greatly appreciated.

Joomla is not updated. Current version is 3.10.12.

What about PHP version on the new server?

In configuration.php set the value for $error_reporting to Development and then refresh the page. Hopefully that will reveal a more informative error message
