Batch processing menu items not showing where to move items

I used to move menu items and articles without a problem in the past. However, starting from several days ago I cannot use batch processing for menu items, as I cannot set the destination menu. I can see the language control and access control dropdowns, but cannot set where to move items to, this dropdown is just gone!
The article bath processing counterpart does not seem to be affected.
Any help would be appreciated.

Use the files from the Joomla full package to replace the ones on the server(make sure you use the same version)
Try a different browser
