repeated category title

The menu items on this site are set as category blogs. When I set the Category Title to show, it's repeated twice at the top of the page.
Any ideas what might be causing this issue?

Hi David,
I just tested and I wasn't able to replicate the problem on my end in Joomla 3.2.1
* Is this a new install of Joomla 3.2.1, or did you upgrade to 3.2.1 from a previous version of Joomla?
* Can you give us a link to your site that shows the issue?
* Are you using any extensions you think might be causing this issue? If so, you can try to temporarily disable those extensions to see if it fixes the issue.
