joomla 3 browser page title not showing

I still haven't solved this problem:
Only the front page displays the browser page title I have entered.
All other pages displays the article title.

This issue is about:

Menu Manager: Edit Menu Item
Browser Page Title

Not site title, page heading or other titles, which is often mixed up.

Please check to ensure that it works correctly with one of the default templates to rule out an issue with your custom template

No, still the same with those templates

If I change the default home page to one of the other pages, that page displays the page title and the front page still displays the entered page title

Just to be clear, you want to override the Article title with your own page title to be displayed in the Browser Bar and this will also be what is displayed in the search engine listing for that page. Correct?

Now, is the article being shown on your site as a menu item associated with an article in a Category Blog, Category List or a Single Article?
