Joomla smart search filter not working correctly

in on side bar content. Under Made in Lone Pine... not the search bar at the top

I have a search filter set up to only show tags from a specific category. It does not seem to work?
The tags do not show up and the results are not correct. What am I missing?

The filter is selected under the module.

I did see error in indexer.php
many lines of this code:

You need to click into the Smart Search component and click the 'Index' button.

This should fix your issue.

Thanks for your reply but that did not help. Site was indexed again.
