I'm running a Joomla site, on SiteGround GoGeek servers. Very recently I've experienced a severe setback to the generation times. Running a GTMetrix report, I can see that from TTFB of about 600ms, it's now dropped to 2.5+ seconds.
Having not done any particular configurations, I cannot figure out what the issues causing this problem may be.
A debug does not show any specific bad apples, infact, everything seems to be quite normal. I've tried disabling memcache and enabling various caching options, nothing seems to help. I've also switched off the integration with the CDN, but nothing seems to have a positive effect.
At this point I'm really completely stumped at what could be causing the performance issues
