It's better to fix the server so the table does not crash.

Thanks a lot for answer.
Which suggest to have to fix the server?
In a small server I have some sites, only 4 with high traffic. When I upgrade the site with more traffic in 3.3 often the db use High resource of CPU.
All the setup in joomla (cache, gzip, jquery, ecc) are in.
Also the server have nginx, memcache... but I can't understand what I must do to optimize the DB (increased innodb_buffer pool size and turned ON slow queries..).
Some suggest?
