Need to remove a picture from about page

Quick question...I create a trial website ..deleted and added a new ABOUT page to get rid of a stock picture ...here is my little ugly site https://hearingaid.joomla.com/... I am trying to set up several sites which could drive more traffic to http://earmufs.com...As you see ABOUT page has this image which I do not see in admin panel..how whould I remove it?

No About page - 404 error.
