Poor loading time of my website?

Why my website takes lot of time to open although I don't use flash and frames on your website. Any suggestion?

Use the browser addon YSlow for Google Chrome or Firefox to analyze the speed.

Or test if it's server related by creating a copy of your website (using Akeeba Backup) that you install at some other webserver, e.g. your local PC using a local webserver like XAMPP.
