Witam, korzystam ze świetnego modułu formularza kontaktowego i na jednej jedynej stronie wyskakuje mi komunikat, że nie mam polskiego języka

Ma ktoś takie spolszczenie w swoich prywatnych zasobach? Niepożądany efekt na tej stronie http://kredytychwilowki.net/kontakt
Na innych stronach mam dokładnie taką samą wersję tego modułu i tą samą joomlę dokładnie a żadnego komunikatu nie ma widocznego. Interesuje mnie spolszczenie za darmo oczywiście :)
