After upgrading from Joomla 3.x to the latest version 3.4.3 the menu editing in the backend is very slow.
Trying to access a menu-item it takes a very long time to appear and mostly I'll get a blank screen.
Returning to the previous page it says that the menu item is not yet checked in. (lock symbol)
Editing is nearly impossible. I have tried the following solutions:
- Uploading an entire new version except the installation map - NO EFFECT
- Moved all te component (/administrator/components as well /components)files to a different location trying to locate a malfunction also NO EFFECT
Can anybody help me please to get this working again.
The frontend works fine, no problem at all.
