fix your permissions. folders 755, files 644 and configuration.php 444
check requirements https://www.joomla.org/about-joomla/tec ... ments.html recommended php 5.4 and higher

Thank you for the information, the problem is that some of the menus work such as www.taxassist.co.za/contact and then the home page and most of the other pages? I wont be able to change the site to Joomla 3 as the template is to old and need to redesign the site for 3.

don t you have a back up that worked ok?
