After migration to J 3.6.0 HTTP 304 on css started
Hi,
I tried migrate my web from J 3.5.1 to J 3.6.0 but unfortunatelly the frontend was completely mess, like there would be no CSS applied to web.
So I dig into logs, and here we go, after migration requests to template css file (in my case file name was bootstrap_responsive.26.css) was returing HTTP 304 instead of HTTP 200 (which I checked was returned properly before migration).
Any advice how to fix the problem ??
There was no problem with backend.
Best Regards, Jacek

Hi, try to check if the file is here and if it is not corrupted, it it can be accessed. What about cache? Do you use cache? If yes, did you clear it?

Hi,
File exist and doesn't look corrupted. Also I don't use cache at all. I was even testing with fresh browser which I never visit this page.
This is just crazy, huge blocker for me.

OK seems that the problem is not in the HTTP 304.
Today I was digging deeper and on firebug I got that first of all the <head> section from index.php is completely empty and I have error about JComponents
Also I got error :
Deprecated: preg_replace(): The /e modifier is deprecated, use preg_replace_callback in .../libraries/joomla/categories.php on line 12
I'm using PHP 5.6

After migration to 3.6 head section empty
Hi,
This Joomla 3.6 is terrible migration. Never had so much problems like with that release.
So, after migration the whole <head> section of index.php is EMPTY!!
I have no clue what is going on.
This is how it looks in firebug.
I rolled back using Akeeba, and normally in the head section there is a lot of things like scripts etc.

More information required: which template and version are you using?
Please post the output from the FPA, as recommended at the top of this forum: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=621&t=582860

This topic can be closed, after half day investigation I founded the problem.
Don't ask, but I had malicious php files around the site.
