Pre-Update Check Not Showing Up

I am trying to update a Joomla website from version 3.10.11 to Joomla 4, but the pre-update checker with the requirements for the change is not showing up for me. I have checked if the Joomla! Pre-Update Check plugin was enabled and it's ok, but when I click on component updates, it only shows me the option to update to version 3.10.11. I also tried accessing .../administrator/index.php?option=com_joomlaupdate but was unsuccessful. I don't know what else to do. Can someone help me?

Check the update channel is set to "Joomla Next".

Restore your 3.10 site from backup, and try again.
