Cannot update from 3.10.11 to 3.10.12 - AJAX Loading Error: Internal Server Error

Hello all !

I'm not so good at that, but I have to deal with my website gigowattfilm.com

I finally found out how to update my template, then my php version (Running 8.1 now). Running joomla 3.10.11.

I'd like to update to Joomla 4.3, but I have a new problem, I need first to update to 3.10.12 and I have "AJAX Loading Error: Internal Server Error". I'm direct write.
I tried downloading the paypload and installing it manually, but I have the same error message...

It may help to use Google to search for undefined memory limit joomla.

Thank you for pointing me in that direction. Yes "-1" seems an odd setting for the memory.

Unfortunately, from what I read, I cannot modify my php.ini file because the server I use is not dedicated ? At any rate I cannot find it on my ftp or in the ionos admin. It is supposed to be n a folder names /etc but it is nowhere to be found...
