Upgrade J2.5 to J3.1, Extension Manager shows wrong versions

Hello,

I used the joomla updater to upgrade j2.5 to j3.1, everything seems to be working the only issue I see so far is that when I go to the Extension Manager it shows the wrong VERSIONS for the Extensions, like for example reCaptcha shows 2.5 !

Steps taken
I ran the FIX Database (that didn't fix it)
I copied over the folder from a stable versions (that didn't fix it either)
I cleared and deleted all the cache files (that didn't fix it either)
I ran discover (that didn't fix it either)

any ideas ?

Perhaps they are upgraded but displaying the wrong versions. I noticed this after my attempt to upgrade. Go in into the Extension Manager then Manage. Select all of your exntensions and then click the Refresh Cache button at the top of the page. You will probably see that the correct versions show after doing this.
