Cannot upgrade joomla 3.6.2 to 3.6.4

Hello, I have problem with upgrade joomla 3.6.2 to 3.6.4

When I did a month ago updated version of Joomla 3.6.2 so it was no problem.

And now I have problem when I try update to version 3.6.4.

With with Joomla update component:

An error has occurred.

0 No HTTP response received


With manual install: (download file and upload file Joomla_3.6.x_to_3.6.4-Stable-Patch_Package.zip)

I check database by joomla manage:

Notice
Database table structure is up to date.

Other Information

Database schema version (in #__schemas): 3.6.0-2016-06-05.
Update version (in #__extensions): 3.6.2.
Database driver: mysql.
97 database changes were checked successfully.
156 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.


When I try check database by RSfirewall:
Unfortunately, the database checking feature is not supported for your database version (or you do not have any MyISAM tables in your installation).

Can anybody help me to fix it?

As of J3.5 you are required to use Joomla! Update component to update joomla. You no longer can use Extensions manager->Install, the xml file is not provided anymore.

Unfortunately, there is also a problem updating Joomla since the introduction of downloads.joomla.org. The url changed, it is no longer the zipfile. So, extracting the name from the url fails. Therefore it doesn't recognize the zip you uploaded and starts downloading and in the end failing because it can't save the download due to an invalid name.

So, scan this board for my posts on preg_replace to see what needs changing. Note, needs changing every time you update, till the proper solution is released.
In the meantime the url was changed back to the zipfile and the server changed to deal with it. No idea when that change will come available.

Verified, it was deployed 30 min ago.

So, after two weeks of delay, we shouldn't see reports on this issue any more.
Provided, those that are updating also cleared cache, of course!
