Fatal Error upgrading from 3.0 to 3.21

I think I got it. No need to reply. I'll just replace that php file with one that I know works. I'll give it a shot.

Can someone tell me why this error? I've been upgrading my 3.0 sites with no problems. This is a new template installation (one I have previously used successfully). After the installation I proceed to do the upgrade in the admin (yes PHP 5.3.21) and when it finished I got this error.

fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /hsphere/local/home/c2961362/ebooksformybusiness.com/ebooks_publisher/plugins/system/remember/remember.php on line 94
