Those paths do not look right. The paths have to be real paths, for example './logs' or '/domains/12345/example.com/html/logs', depending on your server.

Also, no spaces are allowed.

This error is displayed by /libraries/joomla/cache/storage.php because it is unable to locate the class JCacheStorageFile, declared in /libraries/joomla/cache/storage/file.php, which file must be missing.

The file can be found in the installation archive. If further errors occur, it is best to copy all the files to the server.
