Install Language

Hi, I went to extension manager and clicked install language, but it didn't work.
Any help.
There goes a screen shot.

Did you click on the Toolbar: Find languages?

Check 2 things:
1. check the link for Accredited Joomla translations
It should be http://update.joomla.org/language/translationlist_3.xml
2. The rows should be enabled in that table i.e = 1

This is what appears when I try to install a language.
Any insight?
