Multilingual site - font Size problem

Post by fmstatic59 » Tue Jan 20, 2015 8:27 am

Hello everyone,

I have built a site in two languages. The problem is the font size on the nonenglish language is too small. If I increase the font then the English font becomes too big. How do I solve this??

Please help!!

Well, I was thinking there could be an issue if you're using custom font (e.g. from Google Fonts) and languages with non-latin characters (e.g. Russian).

Did you check CSS? Does the size stay the same in CSS?

Thanks Sharky.. It's actually the problem with the size of the font itself. Let me show you (see below)

This is a demo text of བོད་ཡིག་ཀ་ཁ་གང་ཅཆ་ཇ་ཉ་ཏ་ཐ་དིལཀེ་ཝེལ་།

See above, I need a trick to give two different font sizes to these two different fonts. I cannot use the "lang" tag because the text above is generated dynamically so there is no way I can give a span or any in-line tag to any of it.

:(
