Multiple textarea for different languages

Hello,
Why do not we have more of a text-area rather than create more than create more than one article different languages?

Example:
Tittle in English: Home Page
Tittle in Arabic: الصفحة الرئيسية

Content in English: bla bla bla
Content in Arabic: بلا بلا بلا

This way is the easiest & less effort !

there is an extension can make this option?

if you don't want to create more text, you can use module gtranslate for joomla:
http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/gtranslate

Automatic translation is of poor quality... (Google Translate).
