Token has expired french translation encoding problem

Hello, thank you for your help in advance and for reading this post.

Joomla 3.3.6
PHP 5.4x

I have this french translation that I can't seem to be able to fix the encoding for. My joomla install 3.3.6 always shows it with the wrong encoding. I've tried changing all the language files that I know on FTP to UTF-8 encoding but nothing will work.

I believe this message is for a expired user session or token.

Does anybody have a clue on the exact location of this string and why it won't show up properly even after changing the encoding (given that I have worked the right language files).

where do you put that message?
Cretate again that file and select UTF-8 ( use notepad )

I've done them both in administrator language files and root language folder. I've converted them all to UTF-8. Any clue?

Is it a custom ini file or have you edited a default core fr-FR.ini file?
if the last, please just install again the last fr-FR lang pack as the string exists and is OK

Thank you Jean-Marie. I've reuploading the package. Will see what happens next time the string comes up. I will try to force it by revoking the token. Any ideas? I've just tried by clearing the browser cookie but I had no luck.

Putting a very short session time maybe and waiting for it to expire?

Hello,

I encountered the same problem than the one described above. With a fresh install, no customization of ini files. Seems to me that it happens on every one of my Joomla installs but I'll have to check.

@quebecguitare : Did the reupload of language files fixed it for you ?
