Language module

Hi,

I'm creating my first Joomla template and was wondering if there is a module that would let me switch between languages.

In it's essence it would duplicate the current page and all of its content and i would rewrite the content in a different language.

PS: I normally work in WordPress and it had a plug in that supported this.

Hello and welcome to the Joomla Forum,

What you can use it the batch tool. You can select one or more articles or categories or menu items, start the batch (it’s one of the buttons at the top if you have listed the items) set the new language and select copy rather than move.

Everything will be copied and the language is already correct. Now you only have to change things like the title and the text and maybe some other things like images if they are language specific.

Although the site is a 2.5 site, most stuff is similar.
Just follow the test instructions to make a multilang site.
