Language tag for Google SEO

Google Webmaster Tools is complaining that I'm not using hreflang tag on my website and this may affect the Seo performance.

hreflang tag seems mainly used on multilanguage websites, while mine is a single language site that is not in english.

What can I do to accomplish Google language requirements ?

You don't need hreflang tags for single language site.
