Problem language with Joomla 3.0

Hi,
I recently created a new webpage with Joomla! 3.0.2, but the language switcher doesn't show the flags.

I created two menus in two different languages and created content for them. I activated the plugin and the module... but nothing works. :(

I don't know what I'm doing wrong...

and you should activate multilingual status module in module manager-> administrator. then u can see what is wrong.
