Menu items.

I'm building an multi-lang site, I got custom component with ~100 rows with translations (200rows) that i should link in to my menu.

If i have understand it right i need to
1) Create menu item (single item) and bind it to language X.
2) Create a new menu item (single item) bind it to language Y and then make a association to X.

This process will be quite unsustainable for my clients, if they need to link in many items. Is it not possible to make this
process easier?

Do you really need in the first place to display menu items for each single row?
