How remove Appended language code from url

ive already removed the default language code from the url, the problem that im using multilingual and when i switch using language switcher module i got that the url is rewrited usign /en

Is there any method to remove?

What is your site's URL so that others can understand what you mean?

the address at the moment is:

in default language:
http://www.mysite.it/mio-articolo and is ok for me

when i switch to english using module language switch i got:
http://www.mysite.it/en/my-article NOT OK FOR ME i lose the inicizated page on google

im expecting something like:
http://www.mysite.it/my-article

So, it seems that you want to remove all the language codes from the URL. As for as I know, it is not possible. You can remove the language code just for the default language.

U think that there is a method to write some alias or i need to use other component like falang or some component like acesef or sh404 that manage the alias for pages?

Since the article alias are different (due to languages) I believe that sh404SEF would be of help.

You could also review other similar extensions at http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... gement/sef.

Note:
I don't think Falang can do this - of course, I have not tired it out.
