Joomla 3.X: Jomsocial Login/Logout Goes to Wrong Language

Hello All,

I have the following setup:
- Joomla 3.3.6
- Jomsocial 3.2.0.5
- Core Joomla Multilingual in French & English (Followed the Joomla WIKI instructions)
- Joomla Core SEO (SEF & URL Re-Writing) enabled with .htaccess and working

Currently, when a user logs into Jomsocial or the default Joomla user component on the frontend and their language is set to ENGLISH, they are re-directed to the wrong url: it shows the correct language code (en) in the URL, but uses the French aliases for the Jomsocial frontpage as opposed to the English aliases which throws a 404 error. However, when the FRENCH language is selected and used to login to the frontend, everything works as usual as it is using the correct language code (fr) as well as the correct aliases. Also, when I disable the SEF and URL Re-Writing, English goes to English without any 404s and French redirects back to the ENGLISH homepage.

I've doubled checked the aliases to make sure that the English side is not using the French aliases, I've cleared my cache, I've even disabled the JomsocialReDirect plugin to no avail.
