Collaborative translation Tools for Joomla 3

Hello,
Once the package has been translated into a particular language, I would like to know what tools exist to go continually updating the translation of that language, through the collaborative work of a small team.

Hi there,

Your team can use the default language override feature included by default,
just create an appropriate access level.

Which type of package? For which language?
How has it been created for now?
