User registration doesnt change language

Hello everyone!

I'm quite new to Joomla. I installed both English and Portuguese in my Joomla 3.x.

I changed my language to Portuguese in both Site and Administrations but I notice that only registration form keeps in English. Everything else correctly changed to portuguese (Admin and Site).

Does someone knows why?

I have tested this using the language "Português (Portugal)" (pt-PT) and I could see the User Registration Form in the Portuguese language. Please see the screenshot below:

Note:
I installed the language and then made it as the Default Site Language.
Tested this on Joomla! 3.10.3

About my case, what else can I check that can be causing this problem?

In these circumstances a screenshot or two with appropriate steps that results in this situation would help.

What is your site's URL so that others can experience what you are experiencing and offer suggestions?

Also, please provide details of your environment.
