Can 'com_associations' be removed from menu?

Can 'com_associations' be removed from menu?

On my Joomla 3.10.5 admin panel I see this COM_ASSOCIATIONS link under Components menu (screenshot attached), is there a way to get rid of this? I already disabled "Multilingual Associations" component but it's still showing up. :(
