Please help me on how to create my own XML Sitemap for my Dynamic Site..

if you use joomla, you can use Xmap. very simple and popular.

What do you mean by dynamic?
Will the Menus change frequently?

Make an Xmap of the Menu Structure. You can then add articles to blogs and lists.

Everytime there is a new content and when i search the new article on google (site:www.example.com Title) it wont appear

Google will not know about the new article untill it has crawled you site.

See in your Google Webmaster account when this happens.

It seems google can't see my new articles..

Request a new crawl in Google Webmaster Tools.
