I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with your current SEO status, do you have anything specifically that you need to improve SEO wise? If not and are just looking for something generic why not just use the built in SEO features of Joomla since they are honestly really good right from the start onward.

Always remember, using an extension should actually be your last resort - only use them if your goal is unachievable using core Joomla! features or would take an absurd amount of time, as each extension you install makes your site more bloated and is a potential security risk - yes, even the safe ones - the more code you have on your site, the bigger the target for potential hackers.
Before you try using SEO extensions, I would advise you to learn how to use Joomla!'s core SEO features. You can learn how to use them here:
