Languagefilter multilingual Joomla and SEO

Good afternoon,

I'm building a multilingual site in Joomla 3.4.8 and I'm having a really big problem with SEO. If I activate the "languagefilter" plugin, the website I use to check the SEO displays a "404 error", but when I disable the "languagefilter" plugin, the website I use to check the SEO shows the information regarding the page (but there is not a redirection made (/es/).

What can I do to solve this problem? I have tried a lot of combinations in that plugin and also in the SEO global configuration and it still not working.

The website I use is: site-analyzer

Have you looked at this? I tried a bunch of language addons for a site and this was so easy I could not believe it.
