Remove number from URL

Hello,
Can anyone help me to make my URL more SEO friendly by removing the number from URL? Whenever I post any article it's showing some number in the article. see the below example.

You have to wait for Joomla version 3.7 or write own code.

Hi

The way to overcome this is to make sure every article has menu item pointing to it ie 'Single Article'

Bit of a pain but it works.

Make sure that you 301 redirect, one-to-one, from old to new URLs, when you remove the numbers.

Just for learning sake, what does this sentence mean:
you should remove the number form url from static and services based website.
