Issue with updating the Browser Title

Hi Guys,
I am facing a serious problem (Not sure it is serious for you but it is for me) while updating the browser title for one of my website.

It is just showing the site name not the title what I have added in the browser title in Menus. I have tried to change "Include Site Name in Page Titles" to No but it is not working.

Please help me out how can I override the title for SEO purpose.

Make Protostar as the default template and check whether it is an issue with the template that is currently set as the default template.

I got the solution. It was the problem from Configuration file.
Now its working.
