Google crawl error only for joomla article page - so weird

Hi there,
Joomla version: 3.3.6
Installed component: Sh404SEF, Yootheme zoo, Jotcache
Plugin: Cloudflare (to show correct IP address)

Problem: Submitted url to google, it won't index. Go to Google webmaster tool, it showed Crawl Error.
Details: Not all content shows error, only subcategory urls (/technology-news/) display crawl error.

For example:
http://www.hkvstar.com/technology-news/ ... e-app.html
It displays crawl Error, but bing can successfully crawl all the url, and indexed this subcategory links.
http://www.hkvstar.com/item/erobot-wifi ... era-2.html
Successfully crawled and indexed

The pages in other subcategories don't show the crawl error, such as
/item/
/product-news/
/company-news/
....etc.

Hello,

Have you tried your website without Sh404SEF? Plus, when did you start having this problem? After you installed a component/plugin etc??
