Google SEF URL search problem modules are incorrect.

Hello, i notice that i can have access through Google searches to pages whose modules are incorrect.
I´m using "Search Engine Friendly URLs" and "Use URL Rewriting". And i cant realize what´s wrongs.

Thanks for the reply, but for security reasons i try not to use extensions.
I´m trying to solve the problem with Google Search Console, but got no luck yet.

Can you explain your problem in detail. May be I can help you in this regard..

For example, when i search a page of my site on Google, instead of giving an url like http://www.mysite.com/page-url it retrieves an url like http://www.mysite.com/page-url/id-page- ... egory-page

And thats loads a page with modules of other pages, and the content of the article nonsense.
