Google Search console mobile usability errors

google search console gave me errors in mobile usability (text too small) which seemed to derive from a failed recovery of the css and js files blocked by the robot.txt. I corrected the error and started the validation procedure on google search console, but now it returns me the same errors but this time if I check the single url the same google tells me they are ok.

Can anyone explain to me what's going on?

It's better to have the body text around 20px for mobiles to help readability, and adjust the heading sizes accordingly as well.

You can do this with media queries or may be your template settings will allow it

The text of contact info in the header of your website is only 12.46px. This may be a usability issue on mobile.

Thanks, the font in all website content is 14px , the contact on the header is the same of all pages, its strange that in some pages is a problem and in other is ok.
