Problem with css firefox vs Chrome

Hi to all ( sorry for my english)
In my attempt to develop a site it came up this issue.I downloaded a responsive free template without containing quick-start package(only for premium version)so i started to build this site from the beginning with the containing extensions.After some changes i have the following difference between Mozilla and Chrome ,a 2 pixels difference as you can see on photos.I tested in safari, opera and internet explorer (is the same as the chrome) .In addition i have issues with mobile ,top header and footer not displaying correctly.

i have Joomla version 3.3.6 and my url is http://aga.techtips.gr
