Helix 2 template logo Error

hallo i am using shaper helix 2 template and when i am trying to change logo and what ever options on template it says: Error loading from file
i use joomla 3.0.3
helix 2 template and plugin from site

i really need help :(

try to rename your logo file to something sort without spaces etc.

the problem is not on logo file, it is the same problem if i choose Text or none even i change the layout . the whole options of template dont work

Did you check the version of helix framework you have been using on your website? May be the issue came because of old version of helix.
